Alinity Divine
Alinity has been a part of a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch participant who filed the lawsuit against Twitch and sought damages that amount to $25 million. The user claimed Twitch exposed him to explicit and sexually explicit video content from female streamers. Dexerto obtained court documents that show the plaintiff who previously sued Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard along with Blizzard was the one who submitted a formal complaint June 15. Twitch received an official summons by the court on 19th of June. The complaint states that, according to it filed in the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from numerous medical problems that necessitate him to completely rely on the internet for all of his entertainment needs, as well as being afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OC addiction, which the complaint claims Twitch only makes worse. The complaint states that "the female streamers remain exposed to Twitch users who just want to see people playing video games but are instead subjected to sexually addictive content and content on a regular every day on a regular basis." Except for Alinity the list includes: In requesting relief, it demands that all streamers mentioned above to be permanently barred in violation of Twitch's TOS and also $25 million dollars "to be divided between the plaintiff and other Twitch Prime Turbo Subscribers," the remainder of which will go to a variety of charities.
