Andressa Urach

Just 15 years old, Andressa Urach began a love affair in a relationship with Tiago Costa. The couple dated for three months following their first date. They had one child named Arthur Urach Costa born on May 19 2005 After disagreements over marriage, they separated in 2008, after six years together. Andressa was then relocated to the home of her mother and her son. Within six months, Urach was fired and placed her son under the custody of her father. The main aim of her life was to live a happier life within Sao Paulo. Andressa Urach describes in her book Morri Para Viver how she experienced inflicted sexual abuse when she was a kid. The author was the victim from the age two to eight of being abused by her grandfather who was adopted by her. Andressa only managed to escape the abuse due to Andressa's foster grandmother caught her in the act. Andressa went back to live in her home with her mom and didn't realize she had been abused until Andressa experienced any form of sexual abuse until she wrote her memoir. In interviews that she achieved what would have been impossible prior to her spiritual transformation: forgiving her abusive partner. The toughest decisions I've ever made I called the man who abused me sexually. It wasn't an simple choice. While I didn't feel guilt-free, I pleaded for his forgiveness on the phone following a series of prayer vows. In no way did I justify my actions, I simply asked forgiveness.
